What's interesting is that Flex and Flash will really develop two different kinds of results. Flex is pretty ill-equipped to handle Flash style animations, while Flash is pretty ill-equipped to create desktop style applications.

I can't stand working in Flash, but I love Flex development.

It's growing on me. Although I'm getting annoyed at having to go back to AS2 for some of our video projects.
